Is it the machine or the software that is the problem? I've ordered some faster RAM (8GB) and a newer video card (Radeon HD 6570) with 2GB DDR3. It has a core i5 and 8GB of RAM and an ATI Radeon HD6450 video card with 512MB on it. The Computer should have enough horsepower to run this software. After the last restart I tested the program and it STILL freezes. After installation I restarted the PC and installed update 4 and restarted again. After Revo finished I rebooted and did a clean install from the installer that had been downloaded from Corel. The last time I had to uninstall it using the disc and revo uninstaller. I also followed the advice from Corel and reinstalled the Dot Net Framework. I've uninstalled the Corel Draw a few times and reinstalled from the disc. Corel suggested that they uninstall the Corel Draw Suite and that the dot net framework needed to be reinstalled. They did and supplied Corel with the log. The client contacted Corel and they suggested they (the client) run WinAudit. This is quite annoying if you are working on a large graphic and need to save it frequently. The program doesn't respond for up to 3 minutes or more sometimes. I've got a client who uses the Corel Draw Suite ver X6 (64bit) and it freezes up after you save you work a second time and when exiting the program.
